BW-Fixators® RK系列固定器操作簡便，調(diào)節(jié)精準(zhǔn)。例如，車床的對準(zhǔn)時間將顯著縮短。如果由于地基移動或收縮需要重新調(diào)整機器，操作簡便快捷。RK系列固定器配備多種附件和錨固方式，可以滿足大多應(yīng)用需求。

BW-Fixators® RK系列固定器符合行業(yè)規(guī)定的所有要求、條件和性能。所有承重和活動部件，包括導(dǎo)向面，均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)灰鑄鐵片制成。為確保這些部件經(jīng)久耐用，并經(jīng)過二硫化鉬處理。

BW-Fixators® of series RK are easy to operate and precise in adjustment. The time for the alignment of e.g. a lathe will be reduced significant. If the machines needs to be re-adjusted because of foundation shifting or shrinkage, it can be done simply and fast. With a wide range of accessory and anchoring methods the series RK covers nearly any application.

BW-Fixators® of series RK fulfil all requierments, conditions and properties appointed by the industry. All load-bearing and moveable parts including guiding surfaces are made from high-quality lamellar grey cast iron. To ensure the smooth handling of this parts over years, they are treated with molybdenum disulfide.

The BW-Fixators® of series LK have been invented especially for the anti-vibrant and loose alignment of machines. Due to a exceedingly long setting range of 10 mm uneven surface can be compensated easily.

With this series are two sizes availabe with load values from 30.000 N up to 55.000 N.

The adjustment is easy in opertation and safe from unintentional adjustment (e.g. vibration). The applications of these BW-Fixators® can be customized by a lot of diffrent variants. Diffrent isolation plates, made from multiple layers jute fabric combined with special bitumen under high pressure or isolation plates made of polyurethane allow the anti-vibrant alignment.

The time for the alignment of your machine will be reduced significant. If the machines needs to be re-adjusted because of foundation shifting or shrinkage, it can be done simply and fast.

The alignment can be done loose or with diffrent anchors.

BWF固定器LS系列介紹

BW-Fixators® LS系列固定件尤其適用于簡易型機械和附加組件。由于其30毫米的超長調(diào)節(jié)范圍，因此應(yīng)用范圍非常廣泛。

BW-Fixators® series LS work well especially with easy machines and additional aggregates. But because of the extra long setting range of 30 mm they are applicable wide-ranged.

Common applications of series LS are additional aggregates such as palett tables, tool changers or supply units.

Besides the solid construction and the extra long settng range the series LS feature a wide range of mounting options. They can be screwed on or through or they even can be welded. Because of the compact construction these BW-Fixators® are very cost-efficient.
