QLZMJ-6型全自動連續(xù)荔枝面機，可更換磨頭用于板材拋光、水洗仿古選擇，本機控制系統(tǒng)采用的PLC，觸摸顯示屏，全智能化控制。輸送帶連續(xù)運行方式，橫梁直線軌擺動運行，加工精度高，性能穩(wěn)定，操作簡單，全自動化控制石板一次成功通過完成，該系列產(chǎn)品具有仿形功能，雙氣控制，板材厚?。?5MM-80MM）都能加工，不易破板。
本機：
1.磨頭與軸是連接盤連接，電氣可控制磨頭正反方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，可以定期更換磨頭旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，進(jìn)而對磨頭主軸和刀頭減少磨損，延長易損件使用壽命。
2.進(jìn)板檢測開關(guān)由原來的機械開關(guān)不斷改進(jìn)為電子檢測開關(guān)，更提高了進(jìn)板的準(zhǔn)確率，從而減少開關(guān)的損壞，增加檢測開關(guān)的使用壽命。
3.側(cè)梁采用鋼板全封閉設(shè)計，對直線軌和齒輪起到很好的保護作用。
4.設(shè)有自動和手動切換功能，任意控制磨頭升降，操作靈活。
5.可選擇配置磨光、水洗仿古功能。本機消耗功率低，適用于各種花崗石、大理石的表面荔枝面工藝加工，以每小時加工40-80平方的速度，提高產(chǎn)量，降低生產(chǎn)成本。

The biggest advantages of this machine:
1.The grinding head and the shaft are connected by a connecting disk. The electric can control the rotation of the grinding head in the positive and negative directions. The rotation direction of the grinding head can be changed regularly, thereby reducing wear on the grinding head spindle and the cutter head, and prolonging the use of wearing parts life.
2.The incoming board detection switch is continuously improved from the original mechanical switch to an electronic detection switch, which improves the accuracy of the incoming board, thereby reducing the damage of the switch and increasing the service life of the detection switch.
