性能特點(diǎn)

本系列機(jī)床適用于塑料材料的沖裁、拉伸和壓制工藝。如：板料的沖裁、彎曲、翻邊、薄板拉伸、精沖、金屬零件的冷擠壓。也可以用于校正、壓裝、砂輪成型及塑料制品的壓制成型。機(jī)床采用液壓傳動(dòng)形式，具有液壓機(jī)和機(jī)械壓力機(jī)的有點(diǎn)。既能夠任意改變壓制力的大小，不會(huì)產(chǎn)生超載，又能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)壓制過(guò)程中各工步的保壓和延時(shí)要求。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)滑塊快速空程下行和快速回城的目的，機(jī)床采用了增速油缸，當(dāng)接觸到機(jī)件時(shí)自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)為慢速工作，減少了所需油泵的排量和電機(jī)功率，降低了噪音。工作臺(tái)前方可安裝光電保護(hù)裝置，在工作臺(tái)上方形成保護(hù)屏障，以保護(hù)操作者的人身安全。機(jī)床為集中按鈕，可實(shí)現(xiàn)調(diào)整、半自動(dòng)和自動(dòng)三種操作規(guī)范。故本機(jī)具有結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、性能可靠、功能齊全、生產(chǎn)效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是機(jī)械壓力機(jī)的換代產(chǎn)品。

Features

YD27 series hydraulic fast press is suitable for punching,stretching and pressing of plastic materials,such as punching,bending,flanging of plate,stretching and fine punching of sheet metal,ａnd cold extrusion of metal part.It may also be used for calibration,press-in,forming of grinding wheel,press forming of plastic products and powder products.

The machine useshydraulic dirving mode and has the advantages of a hydraulic press and a mechanical press. Pressing force of the machine can be changde at will.Over load will not occur in the machine.It can realize pressure keeping and time delay requiemrnts during pressing.In order to relize slipper's quick downwords without load and quick back stroke,the machine adopts speeding-up oil cylinders.The machine began to operate automatically at a slow speed as it cantacts a workpiece which decreases discharge capacity of an oil pump and motor power,ａnd reduces noise.Photoelectric protection device be installed in front of bench,which forms a protection screen on upper of the bench so as to protect operators.It uses centralized buttons,which may realize adjustment,semi-automatic and automatic operations.Thererfore,the machine has the advantages of novel structure,reliable performance, a complete range of functiongs and high production efficiency,ａnd it is a substituting product of a machanical press.
