本條床墊生產(chǎn)線解決方案采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作而成，使用壽命長達10年以上?？梢詫崿F(xiàn)多層不同厚度床墊生產(chǎn)過程中自動上料、人工自動床墊復(fù)合、人工檢測、自動包裝等功能。一套流水線一天（10H）可以實現(xiàn)1000張床墊的加工工作，大大節(jié)省了人工成本。

采用計算機智能控制系統(tǒng)導(dǎo)入 RFID 芯片技術(shù)，MES 管理系統(tǒng)及全自動化生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，MES、WMS 等管理系統(tǒng)，結(jié)合機器人自動生產(chǎn)線，使生產(chǎn)無人化、智能化。
