鄂式破碎機(jī)主要用于對(duì)各種礦石或大塊物料進(jìn)行中等粒度的破碎。按照進(jìn)料口寬度大小來(lái)分為大、中、小型三種，進(jìn)料口寬度大于600mm的為大型機(jī)，進(jìn)料口寬度在300-600mm的為中型機(jī)，進(jìn)料口寬度小于300mm的為小型機(jī)。顎式破碎機(jī)（簡(jiǎn)稱：鄂破）廣泛應(yīng)用于礦山、冶煉、建材、公路、鐵路、水利和化工等行業(yè)。被破碎物料的******抗壓強(qiáng)度為320Mpa。
Jaw Crusher is mainly used to crush various medium particle size of ores or large materials. According to the feed inlet width, it can be divided into three types: large, medium and small. Large machines are those with a feeding width over 600mm; medium machines are those with a feeding width of 300-600mm; small machines are those with a feeding width smaller than 300mm. 工作原理/ OPERATING PRINCIPLE
鄂式破碎機(jī)的工作部分由兩塊鄂板構(gòu)成，固定鄂板（定鄂），垂直（或上端略外傾）固定在機(jī)體前壁上，另一個(gè)是活動(dòng)鄂板（動(dòng)鄂），位置傾斜，與固定鄂板形成上大下小的破碎腔（工作腔）?；顒?dòng)鄂板對(duì)著固定鄂板做周期性的往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，時(shí)而分開，時(shí)而靠近。分開時(shí)，物料進(jìn)入破碎腔，成品從下部卸出；靠近時(shí)，使裝在兩塊鄂板之間的物料受到擠壓、彎折和劈裂作用而破碎。
The working parts of the Jaw Crusher consist of two jaw plates. The fixed jaw plate (fixed jaw) is fixed on the front wall of the machine body vertically (or the top tip slightly outward). The other is rotating jaw plate (rotating jaw), which is inclined in its position. And the two jaw plates form a crushing cavity (working cavity) with large top and small bottom. The rotating jaw plate is reciprocating periodically against the fixed jaw plate, sometimes separately and sometimes closely. When they are separated, the materials enter the crushing cavity, and the finished products are unloaded from the lower part; when they are approaching, the material loaded between the two jaw plates is crushed by the effects of extrusion, bending and splitting.
