概述：
污泥螺旋壓榨脫水系統(tǒng)主要用于污泥的高干度脫水。是一種連續(xù)式的固液分離設(shè)備。主要由變徑變距的高強(qiáng)度螺旋、低壓區(qū)篩框、中壓區(qū)篩框、高壓區(qū)篩框、底座、傳動(dòng)等組成；其中高壓區(qū)螺旋增加耐磨層，提高壽命；經(jīng)過(guò)旋轉(zhuǎn)濃縮機(jī)預(yù)處理的污泥，以10-20%的干度進(jìn)入壓榨機(jī)，在螺旋壓榨的作用下通過(guò)篩框脫水，以及在被壓裝置的作用下通過(guò)螺旋軸篩內(nèi)部脫水，使污泥干度達(dá)到50%以上，以便后續(xù)焚燒或干化；此設(shè)備廣泛用于制漿造紙、化纖、石油化工、食品、淀粉、制藥、制糖、印染、市政、陶瓷、冶金等行業(yè)的污泥處理，是傳統(tǒng)板框壓濾機(jī)與帶式壓濾機(jī)的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品；
