詳細介紹

雙頭走心機特點：

1.高精度、高鋼性的電主軸設(shè)計，主傳動采用無極變頻調(diào)速，可實現(xiàn)工件高低速銑削。

2.機床導(dǎo)軌高鋼性設(shè)計，高精度，進給平穩(wěn)無爬行，可實現(xiàn)恒線速銑削。

3.運作模式手動、半自動可選:可加裝送料裝置，實現(xiàn)全自動生產(chǎn),節(jié)省人力。

4.具有直線型、指數(shù)型加減速控制和程序預(yù)讀功能，適應(yīng)高速、高精加工。

5.機床導(dǎo)軌高鋼性設(shè)計，精度高，進給平穩(wěn)無爬行，加工零件表面可確保良好的光潔度。

6.工作方式及性能:振動盤式軌道機械臂連接自動上下料、機床自動加工。注: ( 自動裝置可拆卸)

7.操作系統(tǒng)類型:可根據(jù)客戶需要特定系統(tǒng)。

1. Advanced high-precision, high- rigidity electric spindle design, the maindrive adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, which canrealize high and low speed milling of workpieces.

2. The machine tool guide rail is designed with high rigidity, high precision,stable feed without creeping, and can realize constant linear speed milling.

3. Manual and semi- automatic operation modes are optional; feeding devicecan be added to realize fully automatic production and save manpower.

4. With linear and exponential acceleration/deceleration control and programpre-reading functions, it is suitable for high-speed and high-precisionmachining.

5. The machine tool guide rail is designed with high rigidity, high precision,stable feed without creeping, and the surface of the machined parts canensure a good finish.

6. Working mode and performance: The vibrating disc orbital mechanicalarm is connected with automatic loading and unloading, and the machine isautomatically processed. Note: (The automatic device is removable)

7. Operating system type: specitic system can be based on customer needs.

8. One employee can operate 8- 12 machine tools.
