三、性能及特點(diǎn)

1、儀器采用防爆電機(jī)并裝有超溫保護(hù),儲存器蓋上面裝有安全閥,能確保儀器運(yùn)行的安全。

2、儀器采用活塞排量為1.6～5.0L的汽車水泵和散熱水箱，臺面用不銹鋼制作,緊固件采用不銹鋼螺絲,易拆卸不易生銹。

3、儀器采用進(jìn)口數(shù)顯溫度控制器，PID跟蹤控溫精度高。

4、儀器采用渦輪流量計傳感器（本產(chǎn)品依據(jù)GB/T9246-1999機(jī)械行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)），計量準(zhǔn)確直觀。

5、儀器采用智能數(shù)顯計時器, 計時準(zhǔn)確,中途停機(jī)后能顯示實(shí)際運(yùn)行時間。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics

1. The instrument adopts explosion-proof motor and is equipped with overtemperature protection. Safety valve is installed on the cover of the container to ensure the safety of the instrument.

2. The instrument adopts the automobile water pump and cooling water tank with piston displacement of 1.6 ~ 5.0L, the table is made of stainless steel, and the fastener is made of stainless steel screws, which are easy to be removed and not easy to rust.

3, the instrument adopts imported digital display temperature controller, PID tracking temperature control precision is high.

4. The instrument adopts turbine flowmeter sensor (this product is based on GB/T9246-1999 mechanical industry standard), and the measurement is accurate and intuitive.

5. The instrument adopts intelligent digital display timer, which is accurate and can display the actual running time after stopping midway.
