JSR1106全自動運動粘度測定器

一、符合GB/T265和IS03104標準

二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：

控溫范圍：常溫~100℃

控溫精度：±0.1℃

毛細管粘度計：直管式毛細管粘度計，符合國際潮流

毛細管清洗：自動清洗

粘度檢測范圍：0.5~5000mm2/S通過選擇不同直徑毛細管及溫度

檢測方式：自動進樣，采用CCD攝像頭自動檢測樣品流動時間，計算機自動算出試樣的運動粘度，對試樣顏色無要求

進樣：自動4孔（4個被測樣品）

加熱功率：2.5KW

工作電源：AC220V±10％ 50HZ

該儀器具有自動控制，自動打印，自動清洗等功能。

三、性能及特點：

1、儀器采用直管多球式毛細管，可采用水為介質(zhì)恒溫，一次測試即可做平行樣，檢測準確，操作簡單方便；

2、可通過觀察窗口手工計時，與自動測試做比較；

3、對難清洗的樣品可選擇2種清洗劑清洗；

4、全部零件及設(shè)計國產(chǎn)化，易于維護；

5、可對含蠟量高的樣品進行預(yù)熱(50～100℃)；

6、用戶可自定義程序自動選擇恒溫、粘度測試、清洗，并對上述過程進行自動控制，無須人員看守。

7、儀器自帶數(shù)據(jù)傳輸功能，可連接LIMS系統(tǒng)；

8、恒溫浴液位不夠時系統(tǒng)自動報警；

JSR1106 automatic kinematic viscosity tester

I. Comply with GB/T265 and IS03104 standards

Ii. Main Technical parameters:

Temperature control range: normal temperature ~100℃

Temperature control precision: ±0.1℃

Capillary viscometer: straight tube capillary viscometer, in line with the international trend

Capillary cleaning: Automatic cleaning

Viscosity detection range: 0.5~5000mm2/S by selecting capillary tubes of different diameters and temperatures

Test formula: sample is automatically injected, the flow time of the sample is automatically detected by CCD camera, and the kinematic viscosity of the sample is automatically calculated by computer, with no requirement on the color of the sample

Injection: Automatic 4 holes (4 samples to be tested)

Heating power: 2.5kW

Working power source: AC220V± 10% 50HZ

The instrument has automatic control, automatic printing, automatic cleaning and other functions.

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1, the instrument adopts straight tube multi-ball capillary, water can be used as the medium constant temperature, one test can do parallel sample, accurate detection, simple and convenient operation;

2. It can be timed manually through the observation window to compare with the automatic test;

3, for difficult to clean the sample can choose two cleaning agents cleaning;

4. All parts and designs are localized and easy to maintain;

5. Preheat the sample with high wax content (50 ~ 100℃);

6. Users can customize the program to automatically select constant temperature, viscosity test and cleaning, and automatically control the above process without personnel guarding.

7. The instrument has its own data transmission function, which can be connected to LIMS system;

8. The system automatically alarms when the constant temperature bath liquid level is insufficient;
