KP系列電纜卷筒供電式平車對軌道的施工要求不高，按普通軌道安裝即可。在平車上設(shè)有電纜卷筒裝置，電纜的一端接在地面的電源上，另一端通過卷筒在與卷筒一起旋轉(zhuǎn)的導(dǎo)電環(huán)上。當(dāng)平車往返運行時卷筒裝置自動的將電纜卷起和放出，卷筒是通過車軸用鏈條傳動的，所以電纜的卷放長度能自動與平車的運行長度相適應(yīng)。
KP Series flat car is powered by the cable reels. Only standard rails are needed. Cable-reel device is installed on the carriage, and one end of the cable is linked to the power device on the ground, and the other end is linked to the conductive ring. When the flat car is operating, the cable-reel device rolls up and releases the cables automatically. The device is driven by the chain via the axle of the flat carriage, so the length of the cable reel can automatically adapt to the length of the flat car.
