1、用于冶金、礦山、機(jī)械、交通運(yùn)輸?shù)刃袠I(yè)吊運(yùn)鋼鐵等導(dǎo)磁性材料。
2、用作電磁機(jī)械手，夾持鋼鐵等導(dǎo)磁性材料。
1.Applied to lifting and transporting magnet -conductive materials such as steels and irons in metallurgy industry,mine industry，machinery industry，ａnd elc.
2.Used as electromagnetic manipulator to hold magnet –conductive materials as steels and irons.
主要特點(diǎn)Main Features:
1、采用全密封結(jié)構(gòu)，防潮性能好。
2、經(jīng)計(jì)算機(jī)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)合理、自重輕、吸力大、能耗低。
3、勵(lì)磁線圈經(jīng)特殊工藝處理，提高了線圈的電氣和機(jī)械性能，絕緣材料耐熱等級(jí)達(dá)到C級(jí)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。
4、針對(duì)不同的被吸物狀況采用不同的結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù)，能廣泛滿足用戶需求。
5、超高溫型電磁鐵采用隔熱方式，其被吸物溫度由過(guò)去的600℃提高到700℃，擴(kuò)展了電磁鐵的適用范圍。
6、安裝、運(yùn)行、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)便。

3.The energizing coils are processed by special technology to improve the electrical property and mechanical property of the energizing coils.Heat-resistant grade of insulating material reaches Grade C with long service life.
4.Various structures and technical data are available based on the attached items under different conditions to satisfy the wide demands from the clients.
5.Ultra-high temperature type electromagnet adopts unique method of heat-protection,the temperature of the attached materials is increased from 600℃ in the past to 700℃,which expands application range of the electromagnet.

選型注意事項(xiàng)Notes on Model Selection:
1、吸運(yùn)物料溫度低于100℃時(shí)，請(qǐng)選用常溫型；超過(guò)100℃時(shí)，請(qǐng)選用高溫型；超過(guò)600℃時(shí)，請(qǐng)選用超高溫型。
2、通電持續(xù)率超過(guò)60%時(shí)，請(qǐng)選用高頻型。
3、水中吸吊物料時(shí)，請(qǐng)選用潛水型（潛水深度≤100m)。潛水型電磁鐵其參數(shù)與常溫型相同，因此樣本中未列出。如用戶需潛水型，請(qǐng)?jiān)谟嗀洉r(shí)說(shuō)明。
4、周圍環(huán)境溫度：常溫型-5℃~40℃，高溫型-5℃~80℃。海拔高度不超過(guò)2000m。
5、設(shè)備配套：?jiǎn)闻_(tái)使用時(shí)，按消耗功率（電流）選擇整流控制設(shè)備及輔助設(shè)備；多臺(tái)聯(lián)用時(shí)，按聯(lián)用臺(tái)數(shù)的消耗功率（電流）之和選擇。
1.If temperature of the attached material is below 100℃,please choose nomal temperature type.lf it is above 100℃,please choose high temperature type.lf it is above 600℃,please choose ultra-high temperature type.
2.When power-on sustaining rate is above 60%,please choose high freguency type.
3.When lifting and transporting materials are in water,please choose diving tope fdepth of diving s 100m).The technical data of diving type electromagnet is the same as that of normal temperature type,so it is not listed in cutalogue.lf customers ned diving type, please state clearly when ordering.
4.Environment temperature:normal temperature type-5℃~40℃,high temperature type-55℃~80℃.Height above sealevel is no more than 2,000m.
5.Corolary equipment:when using single unit,choose commutation control equipment and its neccessory equipment according to consumed power(current);when using combination of several units,choose it according to the sum of the consumed power (current)of the combined units.
