Founded in 1985, Shuangfeng Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Hunan Shuangfeng Construction Machinery Factory) is a professional manufacturer of high-manganese steel wear-resistant parts, covers an area of 40,000 square meters, and has advanced equipment, complete testing methods and an annual production capacity of more than 15,000 tons. Our company has passed the international quality system certification including ISO9001 and ISO∕TS16949 and registered the trademark of "XiangJian". Located in Chaofeng Industrial Park, Santangpu Town, Shuangfeng County, Loudi City, Hunan Province, we are only a few kilometers away from National Highway 320, Tan-Shao Expressway and Shang-Rui Expressway, and the transportation is extremely convenient.
現(xiàn)主要生產(chǎn)鄂式破碎機配件（齒板、護板、壓板等）、圓錐破碎機配件（軋臼壁、破碎壁、分料盤、壓套等）、球磨機配件（襯板、鋼球等）、反擊破碎機配件（板錘、襯板等）、錘頭、對輥等耐磨產(chǎn)品及各種耐磨合金配件。產(chǎn)品種類分為：高錳鋼，低、中、高鉻鋼，高鉻鑄鐵等合金鋼鑄鋼產(chǎn)品。
Currently, we mainly manufacture jaw crusher parts (toothed plates, backplates, pressing plates, etc.), cone crusher parts (bowl liners, mantles, lining plates, pressing sleeves, etc.), ball grinder parts (liner plates, steel balls, etc.), impact crusher parts (blow bars, liner plates, etc.), hammerheads, double rollers, other wear-resistant products and various wear-resistant alloy parts. Our products include high manganese steel, low/medium/high chromium steel, high chromium cast iron, and other alloy steel and casting steel products.
我公司為美卓、山特維克等進口破碎機提供配件及優(yōu)質的維修保養(yǎng)服務，是上海杰弗朗的配套廠家，同時與廣州磊蒙、南昌礦機等破碎機廠家建立了長久的合作關系。產(chǎn)品遍布全國二十多個省市自治區(qū)，遠銷東南亞、非洲、日本、澳大利亞。我廠擁有專業(yè)的繪圖工程師，可根據(jù)實物繪圖制作加工，加工范圍1-5000kg；體積3m×3m×2m 。公司實力雄厚，集生產(chǎn)、加工于一體，擁有全套鑄鋼設備、大型加工設備及相關檢測手段，采用*的水玻璃造型和消失模鑄造工藝，產(chǎn)品表面光潔，內在結構均勻。
We have provided fittings and high-quality repair and maintenance services for imported crusher suppliers, such as Metso and Sandvik. As a supporting manufacturer of Shanghai TRIO, we, at the same time, have established long-term cooperative relationships with crusher manufacturers such as Guangzhou Leimeng and Nanchang Mineral Systems. Our products have been distributed to more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China and exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, Japan and Australia. By virtue of our professional drawing engineers, our factory can manufacture and process based on the drawings of real objects. The processing range is between 1kg and 5000kg; the maximum volume is 3m × 3m × 2m. Relying on strong strength, we integrate production and processing, own a full set of steel casting equipment, large-scale processing equipment and related testing methods, and apply advanced sodium silicate modeling and lost foam casting technology. Our products are smooth in surface and uniform in the internal structure.
