節(jié)流閥工作原理詳解
節(jié)流閥是通過改變節(jié)流截面或節(jié)流長度以控制流體流量的閥門。將節(jié)流閥和單向閥并聯(lián)則可組合成單向節(jié)流閥。節(jié)流閥和單向節(jié)流閥是簡易的流量控制閥,在定量泵液壓系統(tǒng)中,節(jié)流閥和溢流閥配合,可組成三種節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng),即進油路節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)、回油路節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)和旁路節(jié)流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。節(jié)流閥沒有流量負反饋功能,不能補償由負載變化所造成的速度不穩(wěn)定,一般僅用于負載變化不大或對速度穩(wěn)定性要求不高的場合。
對節(jié)流閥的性能要求是:
•流量調(diào)節(jié)范圍大,流量一壓差變化平滑;
•內(nèi)泄漏量,若有外泄漏油口,外泄漏量也要;
•調(diào)節(jié)力矩,動作靈敏。
節(jié)流閥(throttle valve)的外形結構與截止閥并無區(qū)別,只是它們啟閉件的形狀有所不同。節(jié)流閥的啟閉件大多為圓錐流線型,通過它改變通道截面積而達到調(diào)節(jié)流量和壓力。節(jié)流閥供在壓力降*的情況下作降低介質壓力之用。
介質在節(jié)流閥瓣和閥座之間流速很大,以致使這些零件表面很快損壞-即所謂汽蝕現(xiàn)象。為了盡量減少汽蝕影響,閥瓣采用耐汽蝕材料(合金鋼制造)并制成角為140~180的流線型圓錐體,這還能使閥瓣能有較大的開啟高度,一般不*在縫隙下節(jié)流。
節(jié)流閥具有以下特點:
1、構造較簡單,便于制造和維修,成本低。
2、調(diào)節(jié)精度不高,不能作調(diào)節(jié)使用。
3、密封面易沖蝕,不能作切斷介質用。
4、密封性較差。
調(diào)速閥
調(diào)速閥是進行了壓力補償?shù)墓?jié)流閥。它由定差減壓閥和節(jié)流閥串聯(lián)而成。
節(jié)流閥前、后的壓力分別引到減壓閥閥芯右、左兩端,當負載壓力增大,于是作用在減壓閥芯左端的液壓力增大,閥芯右移,減壓口加大,壓降減,從而使節(jié)流閥的壓差(p2-p3)保持不變;反之亦然。這樣就是調(diào)速閥的流量恒定不變(不受負載影響)。
