Dual Lead Box 是一款伺服電機(jī)專用精密蝸輪蝸桿減速機(jī)，能夠減少并校正隨時(shí)間推移而產(chǎn)生的背隙（回程誤差）增加。

• 采用高強(qiáng)度圓錐滾子軸承

輸入端和輸出端均配備圓錐滾子軸承，即使在內(nèi)部溫度升高時(shí)也能保持持續(xù)的精度，從而確保軸承具有極長(zhǎng)的使用壽命。

• 輸出軸采用圓錐滾子軸承，可承受較大的垂直方向容許載荷

• 提供多種背隙等級(jí)供選擇

Premium（高級(jí)）：背隙 < 1分 / S-Medium（中高級(jí)）：背隙 < 3分 / Medium（中級(jí)）：背隙 < 5分 / S-Basic（中低級(jí)）：背隙 < 7分 / Basic（基礎(chǔ)級(jí)）：背隙 < 10分

• 采用脹緊套（Shrink Disc）連接：具備防滑功能，實(shí)現(xiàn)精確扭矩傳遞，相比鍵連接方式，角度定位更精準(zhǔn)

• 鋁合金殼體：采用熱處理鋁合金鑄造，兼具高強(qiáng)度與輕量化特性

Dual Lead Box is a servo motor precision worm reducer which can reduce and correct the increase of back lash with the passage of time.

• Using powerful taper roller bearing to provide high strength

The two input and output taper roller bearings guarantee maximum bearing life by securing continuous precision even when the internal temperature increases.

• Providing perpendicular allowable load at the higher shaft with taper bearing at the output shaft

• Providing various levels of back lash at the output terminal
