安裝步驟
1、本機(jī)必須平穩(wěn)放在混凝土上，基礎(chǔ)視當(dāng)?shù)厍闆r決定。
2、檢查油箱底部放油口是否已關(guān)閉，確定關(guān)閉后再打開油箱頂部加油口密封蓋。
注入約90KG,68#液壓油，液壓油排號(hào)視當(dāng)?shù)貧鉁丶笆褂脴?biāo)準(zhǔn)決定。[注！如果機(jī)型在60T以上，新機(jī)時(shí)必須分兩次注油，*次注入液壓油高度至油尺頂部（藍(lán)色界線）。待壓板下壓至底部再加注液壓油至油尺底部（紅色界線）詳細(xì)見操作說明4]
3、安裝好本機(jī)電源線,電壓及頻率視當(dāng)?shù)仉娫礇Q定，（注！電機(jī)和電器配件的電壓及頻率已按客戶訂購機(jī)器時(shí)的要求配置安裝好）常規(guī)采用三相四線制，其中三條帶電源線分別接入電相內(nèi)相應(yīng)的三個(gè)接線位，（圖7左）另一條為接地防漏電保護(hù)線，應(yīng)緊接機(jī)體外露金屬表面，以防電器漏電傷人。
操作方法：
1、通入電源：把電箱內(nèi)空氣開關(guān)（本機(jī)總開關(guān)）合上，先檢查三相電源電壓是否正常，（用儀表或探電筆測試）關(guān)閉電相門，查看電相門板表面紅色電源指示燈是否亮起。
2、啟動(dòng)電機(jī)：把手動(dòng)換向閥手柄（付圖3）往下推至zui底位（機(jī)體附有操作圖標(biāo)），然后把啟動(dòng)按鈕NO按下（圖5右下），（注：如裝有急停開關(guān)機(jī)型的請(qǐng)把急停開關(guān)按箭頭方向右旋，急停開關(guān)彈出即可），（圖5右上）如正常情況下電機(jī)啟動(dòng)。
3、 檢看電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向：（圖8）電機(jī)啟動(dòng)后，手動(dòng)換向閥手柄在zui下位時(shí)，如壓板不能往下移。這時(shí)請(qǐng)必須立即查看電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向必須按箭頭指示方向*。如果電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向相反時(shí)則機(jī)器不能正常使用，這時(shí)應(yīng)把手動(dòng)換向閥手柄往上拉至中檔位。然后按下停止按鈕OFF（或急停開關(guān)按下）停止電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。切斷輸入總電源，把三相電源線其中二相線互換再接上即可。再按操作1和2重新操作，（注！必須確定電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向是否與箭頭指示方向*。）
4、注入油量的關(guān)?。寒?dāng)壓板正常往下移時(shí)，壓板在*次移動(dòng)，移動(dòng)速度是不均勻的。待壓板移至底部或移動(dòng)中突然停止又或移動(dòng)中噪聲加大，這種情況下應(yīng)先把手動(dòng)換向閥手柄往上拉至中位，把停止開關(guān)OFF或急停開關(guān)按下，停止電機(jī)運(yùn)行。再仔細(xì)查看油箱儲(chǔ)油量是否足夠，如油量底于油箱高度一半時(shí)，證明油量不足，這時(shí)應(yīng)再次往油箱注入適當(dāng)液壓油。這次加油量應(yīng)加至油位尺zui底界線（紅色界線）即可。
