 機器簡介Introduction                              

該機為9磨頭玻璃直線磨邊機，用于平板玻璃的底邊及棱角的磨削和拋光。采用特殊伸縮壓板，可磨削不同厚度的玻璃。本機操作簡單，控制穩(wěn)定。前導軌電機調(diào)節(jié)平行移動，以便調(diào)整玻璃的厚度，操作方便，精準。倒角磨輪采用拖板，磨削時無震動。主傳動采用變頻調(diào)速，數(shù)表顯示主傳速度。電動調(diào)整玻璃厚度，數(shù)表顯示玻璃厚度。

BSK9325P機型帶有單獨羊毛輪拋光，

BSK9325C機型帶PLC控制系統(tǒng)。

The machine is designed for grinding/polishing bottom edge of flat glass, with arris grinding. 
Conveyor adopts chain transmitting system consisting of special stretchy rubber pads.Timing belt transfers glass. Adopt drag plates structure, which is no vibration in working.  Front rail is driven by motors and move in parallel to adapt to different glass thickness. ａnd electrically adjusting the glass thickness ,the glass thickness is with digital display.

Main conveyor working speed can be adjusted through frequence conversion and the speed with digital display. 

Model BSK9325P is designed to adopt wool wheel and cerium powder to polishing glass.

Model BSK9325C is designed with PLC control.
