GS系列切割機(jī)是一種臺(tái)式高速高精度數(shù)控等離子切割機(jī)，采用一體式模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)，安裝迅速方便，集成抽煙工作臺(tái)，可選配抽煙除塵系列，達(dá)到環(huán)保要求。床身、橫粱、立柱等主要部件均經(jīng)過時(shí)效處理，穩(wěn)定性好，加工精度高?？v，橫向移動(dòng)均采用進(jìn)口精密級(jí)直線導(dǎo)軌導(dǎo)向，導(dǎo)向精度好。整體結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，外形精致，高速運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，精度高(直線尺寸精度±0．1mm／m、重復(fù)定位精度±0．05mm／m).

 

GS series cutter is a kind of numerical control plasma table cutter with high speed and high accuracy. It uses integrated modular structure and can be installed rapidly and conveniently. It has integrated smoke-exhausting and dust-removing working table for meeting the environmental protection requirements. The main parts such as bed, cross beam, colunm, etc we aging-treated to get good stability and high precision. Vertical and horizontal movements are guided by imported precision linear tracks. The whole machine has compact structure and fine contour. It can move steadily at high speed and has high precision (Accuracy of linear dimension ±0.1mm/m and repeating location accuracy. Redundant pointing accuracy ±0.5mm/m).
