Whole kiln heating area is divided into six control, use the PRESET MA15 HEATER or horizontal installation, electric power, 60 hz, 37.2 KW, 3 phase 380 v. Control box installation fixed in kiln body, temperature controller PID control mode, the output 4 ~ 20 ma, a total of 6 groups, cooling zone * 3 groups. To set up the slope model. Output power can be set limit of the model. SENSOR wire break. Cut off the output alarm mode. Power output control PID + SCR control module, a total of six groups, voltage, current, no fuse switch power distribution components, etc. Support the refractory brick of hot. 1000 ℃ refractory brick of hot. 1000 ℃ fireproof break hot mud.
