用途、應(yīng)用

可用于測量在任何載荷（如拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、扭轉(zhuǎn)）或復(fù)合載荷下的三維材料參數(shù)與零部件的全場應(yīng)變及疲勞測試。測量結(jié)果可同時顯示樣品形貌變化、應(yīng)力、位移等參數(shù)特征；

適合于檢測斷裂力學(xué)性能、有限元模型驗證（FEA）、材料試驗（楊氏模量、泊松比、彈塑性性能）、零部件試驗（位移、應(yīng)變）等。應(yīng)用行業(yè)從微電子或生物材料的顯微研究至航天航空、汽車、艦船和鐵路等大尺寸零部件測量分析。

性能指標(biāo)

可用于任何材料表面的位移、應(yīng)變等分析，具有非接觸式、全場范圍、三維分析的特點；
可同時測量樣品的全場形貌、3維位移以及拉力應(yīng)變；
