氣環(huán)式真空泵之應(yīng)用技術(shù)
A.送風(fēng)-入口應(yīng)加裝大型過(guò)濾器
1. 出氣口之總截面積應(yīng)大于氣環(huán)式真空泵出口截面之1/2。
2. 如用于水中送氣，其水深應(yīng)在型錄上所標(biāo)示使用靜壓值之80%o
3. 在加壓送氣之使用時(shí)，出口溫度因空氣磨擦的關(guān)系會(huì)大于常溫10P以上屬于正常，故應(yīng)使用鐵管1M以上。

A. Blowing The installment of a large-sized filter at the end of inlet is recommended.

3. At least one meter long iron tube should be applied to the blower when it used as deliver air under pressurization, due to the exhaust temperature will be 10°C higher than the normal atmospheric temperature by the compression of air.
B. 吸風(fēng)-出口可裝消音器。

B. Suction- A silencer is able to install in the outlet.
1. The total sections of inlets should be half more than the inlet section of the blower.
2. For the enclosed fan type or long use , please choose the enhanced type。
1. The total sections of outlets should be half more than the outlet section of the blower.

(1)安裝場(chǎng)所一周?chē)鷾囟扰c濕度，應(yīng)符合以下條件：
•三相-10 ~ 40C 單相-5 ~ 40P
•選擇通風(fēng)良好，塵埃及濕氣少之場(chǎng)所。開(kāi)放型馬達(dá)防塵及防潮較弱，尤其須注意。
•設(shè)于露天者，請(qǐng)使用雨罩。
INSTALLATIONS
(1) Install places— The environment should follow the conditions below
•The ambient temperature for three-phase blower is40°C ~ 40°C, and for single-phase blower is-5°C~ 40°C.
•Good ventilation with less dustａnd humidity. Kindly pay extra attention to ODP(Open Drip Proof) motor for its weak at dust-proof and damp-proof. •If the blower is used outside, please set up the canopy.
A 養(yǎng)殖池 [1 m，空氣約有290g氧1 m'空氣進(jìn)入水中約有5g溶氧]
' 1.1 rr^ 約需0.036m3/min 空氣
2.池深x安全系數(shù)=氣環(huán)式真空泵連續(xù)使用上限吐出壓力
例:池10m長(zhǎng)X30m寬X1.5m深
a. 所需空氣量約為 10X30X0.036=10.8m7min
b. 所需氣環(huán)式真空泵連續(xù)使用上限之吐出壓力約為1.5X1.3=1.95M水壓=1950mmH2O
Applications

F. Series connection— pressure increase (But prohibit different horsepower series)
1 .pressure=(machine A+machine B) )X 90% 2. air volume= machine A
G. 并聯(lián)之應(yīng)用一風(fēng)量增加
1.風(fēng)量=A^n.+B機(jī) 2.壓力=A機(jī)或B機(jī)

H. 氣環(huán)式真空泵出口由於壓力與空氣摩擦生熱,所以出口應(yīng)先接用長(zhǎng)1M以上鐵管
