• Advanced Control Handle.
  All Big Joe Power Drive Intermediate （PDI） models come equipped with the industry's most versatile control handle. Speeds may be controlled with a twist grip or thumb control. Includes 3-speed forward and reverse detent action speed control; thumb control of horn.
• "Belly-Button" Reversing Switch.
  A large reversing switch, built into the control handle is designed to reverse truck direction on contact with the operator.
• Versatile Braking Systems.
  Two-way mechanical linkage actuates an automotive-type disc brake when the handle is positioned in the top or bottom of its arc. "Dead-man" feature returns the handle to its upright position, cuts out travel power, and auto-mechanically engages the brake if the handle is inadvertently released.
• Electrical System.
  Fully fuse protected, heavy-duty, 100 ampere industrial contactors with high current draw for three speeds forward and reverse. Modular drive control panel allows easy access of silver alloy tips for service and replacement. All wiring is coded and has quick disconnect terminals.
• Infiniy Variable, Transistorized Speed Control.
  Solid-state, infiniy variable transistor speed controller utilizing a proven MOSFET power section, makes for smooth starts & stops while minimizing battery consumption. Available hand held programmer accesses fault history & runs diagnostics while allowing customization of creep speed, acceleration rate, maximum speed & plug braking settings.
• High Strength Construction.
  Power section, base legs, and mast are seam-welded to form a single piece frame. This unitized construction resists operational stresses and provides a rugged housing to protect truck components.
• Industrial Rated Batteries.
  Contain heavy plates and separators. Built to withstand deep-discharge and recharging. Battery compartments provide easy access to batteries for maintenance.
• Chrome Plated Lift Cylinder.
  Provides smooth lift/lower performance and long seal life.
• escopic Mast.
  Mast construction is fully-rollered, inter-locked structural steel Channel and I-Beam for strength, rigidity and long-wearing performance.
• Emergency Power Disconnect.
  Externally mounted quick-release battery disconnect is readily accessible. Panel mounted with a large handle to remove all power from truck circuits in the event of an emergency.
• Battery Charger.
  Internally mounted, fully automatic "smart" charger, plugs into standard 110 volt AC outlet.
• High Speed Cut-off.
  Automatic cut-off circuit locks out high speed when forks are elevated above 15".
• Pressure-compensated flow control valve.
  Located at base of lift cylinder, regulates lowering speed.
